We aim to create a temporary, two-state, magical holiday art installation making downtown Westerly-Pawcatuc, and Stonington merry and bright this holiday season. A visit to the Starry Lights installation will be free and awe inspiring.  The innovative exhibition will include large-scale art installations created by CT and RI artists. Stroll the twinkling light trail from Westerly Train Station on Railroad Ave. in Westerly to Donahue Park on Mechanic Street in Pawcatuck and the Velvet Mill Studios on Bayveiw Ave in Stonington.
