We aim to create a temporary, two-state, magical holiday art installation making downtown Westerly-Pawcatuck merry and bright this holiday season. A visit to the Starry Lights installation will be free and awe inspiring. The innovative exhibition will include large-scale art installations created by CT and RI artists exploring a variety of recycled materials and taking advantage of three parks and a reflective pond. Visitors will stroll the Walk of Wonder, a twinkling light trail from Wilcox Park in Westerly to Donahue Park in Pawcatuck.

We are happy to announce that our Starry Lights display in
Donohue Park, Pawcatuck will remain up until January 31, 2023!

We’re very sorry to report that the intense 60 mph winds have taken down the Star Tunnel in Wilcox Park. We have reviewed the damage and the tunnel is not salvageable. This one feature will not be lit for the remainder of the display time. The rest of Starry Lights and the other 11 displays held strong and are up to view and take fabulous pictures in front of. This art installation will be taken down Saturday, December 31, 2022. If you would like to volunteer and help, please email info@oceanchamber.org

This project raises spirits but is not financially solvent yet.
